Pronutro with chemical smell, fir the second time

I notified them and Bokomo of PRONUTRO with a chemical smell. It is the 2nd time I come across this. Previous packet I dumped. I called. No service. I emailed. No response. After I tweeted and did what I can on social media, I received communication. They sent a courier to collect the packet. After 3 weeks I emailed and asked what the outcome was. To this day, another 2 weeks later, not even a response to say message was received.
