Poor service

Good morning.

My name is Keo****tse Mhlanga in Rustenburg. I'm the owner of Josiah's tarven in kanana. On the 9th February one of your bakeries hit an electrical cable that feeds my place and caused an explosion. Many items were burnt to ashes and my building cracked due to the explosion and fire. We met with Sipho Sekgala one of your reps who promised to assist us. Until today we don't have a clear answer as to how we are going to be assisted. We are out of business for months. We are desperate and stranded for cash. We were advised not to open a case as we will be assisted quickly but now we are loosing hope. As small business owner I feel oppressed, undermine and abused. I will never stop until something is done.
