Poor service

On the 29th i was involved in an accident with a sasko bakery from the rosslyn branch, the bakery hit my car while itwas being towed and i got admitted to hospital with broken bones, had to undergo operation. They did not even one day call to check if am alive on check how am doing rather am being hassled with them saying they’re driver is saying i changed lanes and hit him head on while my vehicle is being towed….i’ve pictures from the scene which i sent to Aurelia bushby who is dealing with claims yet they’re treating is not even sympathetic to my situation and all. I feel so bul**** physically and emotionally because it seems as if they’ve already sided with what they’re driver with the unwillingness to assist me with investing a 3rd party claim whatsoever..
