POOR QUALITY, DISGUSTING CUSTOMER SERVICE SUPPORT

I wrote here about their White Star maize meal that was not in good quality that changes colour into light green. No one from that company bothered to come back to me .It's been two months in have logged the complaint and their consultant that I spoke to gave a whatsapp number to send my reference that does not even being attended to. THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE TEAM AND MANAGEMENT FROM COMPLAINTS IS DISGUSTING YOU COULD HEAR EVEN THE PERSON IS NOT INTERESTED WHILE SPEAKING TO THEM THEY JUST CANNOT WAIT FOR YOU AS THE CUSTOMER TO DROP THAT CALL. THEY HAVE THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED BEFORE.
