Pioneer Foods_White Star Maize Meal_Poor Product_Not for Human Consumption

I would suggest any consumer who likes Pioneer Foods products to stay away form their white star super maize meal. On 26 October, I bought this product, to prepare a dry pap to make African salad meal. Disappointingly, I could not eat that night as I noticed that my dry pap is sticky and cannot get well cooked. I reported the matter to them, to which they advised that they will get back to me in the next 72 hours. However, up to this day, I haven't had any further communication from them.

Thinking that maybe it was just that odd packaging,on 03/11/2020 I went to purchase another 2,5 kg white star maize meal, as I wanted to prepare my favorite dish (African Salad), but the outcome was the same as the previous one. So, those who were thinking of purchasing this product, please think twice again, because you will lose your money and this company does not care about customer service.
