PIONEER FOODS NEGLIGENCE

Shocking customer service experience I called Pioneer Foods with a complaint on the 09th of January 2024 about a Liquid fruit cranberry juice which had mould in it.I followed up on the 6th of February 2024 and spoke to Lance who promised to get back to me,I called again on the 8th of Feb spoke to Danielle same feedback, called again on the 20th of February they still spoke to me and promised to help me like they are reading a script.The first biggest issue is that they do not care about their reputation and our health nor care to check if we had any medical issues after consuming their product.Im extremely disappointed in the nonchalant manner they take our complaints and concerns and since I've seen the reviews I got here it shows PIONEER simply doesn't care!!
