Pioneer foods makes their own laws....

I was very upset about the way they handle their clients. I bought fruit tree juice for my k8ds party at school and the juice was sour. The teachers tossed it out to avoid other kids drinking it. I paid R83 per 5L and there was two. Then I called the consumer care number on the box. Spoke to a man that insisted that i I cannot get a refund because I did not have enough juice left for them to collect. He told me that is the new consumer act law. When I look it up I was even more insulted as there is nowhere in the act what he added to it. I I got threatened with lawyers because I told him I am going to hello peter. They really can't expect me to take a look as I am a single mom and **** is not cheap. They don't tell you to keep a sample on the box, so how was the teacher supposed to know???
