Pioneer Foods

I bought two liq fruit juices on the 3rd of June 2023,the one was clear apple and the other cranberry cooler flavor the cranberry one had pips inside so I called Pioneer Foods on the 5th of June 2023 and sent them all the pictures and proof of purchase and I was advised that they will arrange pick up of the sample to go get the product checked and they will provide feedback till to date they have not collected the sample so I discarded the product because I was told that if the courier company has not collected within two days I can throw out the product. When I send follow ups I get told that the matter will be escalated and someone will get back to me but that never happens, on the 27th of June 2023 I made another follow up and the consultant that I spoke to told me that I am not listening and he put the phone down on my ear.
