Pioneer Defective Products

I buy a packet or rotten beans from Spar Bellairs…beans are full of weavles yet expire in Dec 2022. Clearly they product is defective and the store could not be bothered and now it is my problem to return them at my own expense instead of contacting Pioneer as a resort to resolving the matter! This is absolute hogwash!
