Pepsico/Pioneer Foods ignoring retrenched employees

Pepsico/Pioneer Foods. When will you fix my aunt's UI19 form? My aunt has been retrenched since Nov 2024 and they took the UI19 form to UIF and the trading name on the form was written Retail Brands InterAfrica. UIF advised that the trading name on the form doesnt appear on their system and should be amended to Pepsico or Pioneer Foods per the stamp on the form. We have been contacting the Pepsico HR in Bloemfontein since Nov 2024 and to date Heizel Carels Frederick's does not respond to our emails nor our calls. 25 people have this issue, all we need are amended UI19 forms, change the name, sign and stamp. How difficult is it to get this information since it's March 2025 now? There are people who got the writw forms with the correct name, how are they different from the other 25? My aunt needs her money, she is suffering and this is causing strain to her physical and mental well-being. Can somebody do something, this is not fair for all these workers who dedicated their whole lives to this company even during lockdown in COVID
