Pathetic Customer Service from Pioneer Foods

Called the customer service line on 19th Feb 24 to query a product I cannot find on shelf. Called again early March and finally today on 2nd April. After 38 days - still no resolution to my simple ask, only promises of the query being escalated and "someone will call me back" Pathetic customer service.
