Not happy

I bought 12,5kg Sasko flour at Jumbo we took the flour down home in dutywa,we.made the dough for bread only to find it doesn't raise, I then lodge the complaint with Pioneer foods 20/94/2023and i was told I will get feedback within 72 hrs, till today no feedback.

Today I called the company qouating ef SG-23-04-379 to be told they are waiting for proof of payment which I was never told when I called them in April, this proof of payment was never mentioned to me and nobody emailed or called requesting this info.

If they don't want to refund me it's not a problem however the decency of updating the client, I bought myself another Sasko flour Saturday ,so.it was never a eefund but they need to check their product as it is jot 100% perfect
