NO CUSTOMER CARE!!!!

My mother bought a loaf of bread on Mon 21 Oct 2019 at our local shop She found shards of glass in between the slices of bread.

She contacted someone from the Customer Care Offices (the name she does not remember) and they promised her that they would fetch the bread together with the shards of glass found to do an "investigation"

I have to say that I am appalled that my mother has not been contacted since, nor has the bread and shards of glass been collected. Needless to say, this so called investigation was probably never even conducted.

Bear in mind that this Pensioner uses her s**** of change allowed to her to help and feed vagrants and other members of the Community.
