My dissatisfaction

Some 4 weeks ago I bought a Big Jack pie from Shoprite and trust me if I say there was no filling in. I then emailed their customer care department with all relevant proof and product information. After waiting for 3 days there was just no response.I emailed them another 4 times still no response. I then emailed the CEO,he didn't even had the decency to respond with a noted. I emailed him another 3 times and up to today,NO RESPONSE. Now the question and maybe rightfully so,is this a Micky Mouse operation??
