Mouse droppings in bread

My son's wife purchased a loaf of Sasco white from Spar, on preparing lunch for our staff it was discovered something resembling mouse droppings 4 slices in, I feel like having specimen analyzed, if found that it belongs to any rodent or substance that does not belong in bread, I will hold the company accountable for costs. Can I please have a reasonable explanation?
