maggots inside maize that I bought from Checkers

Pioneer foods has disappointed me yet again. A few months ago, I bought maize meal from there and found maggots in it. I wrote a review and nobody ever followed up or came back to me about it. Yesterday, again, I found maggots in their maize that I bought from checkers. So do they actually manufacture worms or food? And do they even care about their customers at all? I wish they know that it costs me money to go back and forth to the shop to return their rotten goods.
