Liqui fruit rotten

I bought a 2 litre liqui fruit ìn March at game unfortunately i dont have slip anymore i when I wanted to use it eid day it was blown up and expiry date is only 15/12/2024. I phoned pioneer foods they send me only an apology letter.The person i spoke to never said that i needed the slip proof off purchase for them to want to refund me or give me a voucher after the 4th call today and w months later the lady tells me this this morning.Disgusting
