Liqui Fruit complaint

I purchased 4 x 1 itre Liqui Fruit . Two were breakfast punch and two were Litchi. We poured a glass of the breakfast punch to discover a spring in the glass, totally unacceptable. So I sent an email to Pioneer Foods and got a call back explained the whole story, received a reference number. Then a gentleman called from Pioneer Foods had to explain the story again, plus minus week later a courier company came to collect the 1 litre of Liqui Fruit, they explained to me that they want to see which machine was running with this batch of Liqui Fruit where the fault is. After all this and I have not even received a phone call back or any form of compensation.
