Liguifruit carton with disgusting contents

A carton of Liquifruit, with contents, was opened and partially consumed by my grand children on Sunday 13th October 2024. It tasted sour, I therefore examined the contents. I found a disgusting looking mass inside. I had 2 such cartons I have Photos of the cartons and offensive contents. I complained to Pioneer Foods Monday morning 14th October 2024. I received an acknowledgment. ***-10-96. ACT Couriers, on behalf of Pioneer, collected 2 cartons from me 21st October 2024. Over 1 month later I have heard nothing from Pioneer Foods. Given the spate of children deaths from contaminated foods, I expected a concerned response from Pioneer Foods. I want to know exactly what the revolting contents are and compensation for the wasted spend on my part. I have retained a copy of my communications to Pioneer.
