Horrible customer service!!!

Been trying to reach their accounts department in hopes of getting a settlement for my business account with them. I have been calling their customer care services with no luck!

I've sent emails requesting for assistance but nothing has been fruitful, instead I'm being sent from pillar to post. Really frustrating and unprofessional.
