Green mould juice

I recently bought juice from Checkstar Overport and upon opening the juice, I found particles of green mould. The juice has not expired as yet but it was a very disgusting sight to see. I reported to the manufacturer, and they have responded with a very vague response that includes them running laboratory testing and sifting and therefore there was no problem on their side. Now what do I do as the customer????
