Glass in Fruit Mince Pies!

Bought Fruit Mince Pies from Spar Olivedale

Was told the supplier is Pioneer Foods.

There was glass in the Mince ****

My mom got cut because of this. On Christmas day.

The manager of Spar can confirm this. As he saw the cuts and all the blood.

We did not take my mom to the doctor as she said she will be fine.

I informed Pioneer of this issue.

They have now requested for medical certificates from a doctor.

This is not on... Just because someone does not go to a doctor does not mean damage was not done.

Physical Damage to the mouth Trauma because of eating glass. Spoiling Christmas because my mom mouth was sore.

There way of sorting out the issue is to Project their company policies and procedures onto the consumer. When in fact has nothing to do with customer.

Bottom line Pioneer Food product had glass in it! And there are creditable witnesses to this.

How did glass get into this pie?? Glass should never have near that line of food during production. Where is the quality checks?

I did not once say I wanted anything out of this... They now are treating me as a number...

Seriously how many of these incidents happen? Must be loads if the can treat this as a number.
