EXPIRED PRODUCT
I have had a bad experience with Pioneer Foods. I went to buy groceries at a Pick n Pay store in a town nearby as our small town does not have a store. I have always loved pronutro but it is not always possible to buy. I had family from a America coming so I was motivated to buy as they do not have the product there. The pronutro was awful and expired and they told me to go and change it. I had proof of payment and date and sent them a copy of the purchase. I cannot travel 60km to change a product that has expired and was not happy that Pioneer Foods would not assist. They still have not even taken the trouble/time to revert.

I have always been a ***** of pronutro but could not afford the luxury of purchasing (it uses a fair amount of milk) but in saying that I had my parents from Natal and my sister and her husband from America come and visit for a week and she wanted to take some withher if possible. While they were visiting we thought we would try some but to our great disappointment it tasted awful.Thinking that maybe it was the milk (which she at the time also thought) we tried it again with different milk but there was still something very off. I obviously could not finish the box as I did not want to try again. I am just sharing my disappointment so that you will understand. Await your response. I am most unhappy that it is expected of a nearly70 year old pensioner to travel 60km to replace an outdated 750g pronutro that was bought expired. I attach the dateit was purchased and a screenshot of the proof of BB. I only expect to be compensated and even that seems to be a problem. It is the responsibility (surely) of pioneer foodsto replace my product. I cannot travel 60km just to replace a 750g of pronutro. I feel that my dissatisfaction falls on deaf ears and will be taking this matter to Hello Peter out of sheer frustration. LINDA BOSHOFF ***
