Disappointing Consumer care Pioneer Foods

I found foreign matter in one of 2 liter liquifruit juice, I complain through email consumer care and it's going to a second month and no response. Follow up through consumer care contact number I was told they going to check and again there was nothing further or never came back to me.

Even the complain to shop there was nothing much and never even received my refund.
