Disappointed over lack of response from H/O customer care and from Safari Factory Shop operation

Starting 29 Oct Oct, I emailed Safari Factory Shop at '***' enquiring about purchase of Safari Fruit Mince. Despite a follow-up on 8/11 still no response. I escalated to Pioneer Foods at '***' on 19/11 (with Message Read response *** same day) and followed up on 22/11 ( no Message Read read response) and still no action. Can I get some action please?
