did not follow thru

I was contacted and told that someone will contact me regarding the replacement of my products that were infested by your products. Nobody has called as yet. I was told that someone will pick up your infested product to investigate but it still sits sealed in my home. There is now a risk of these tiny creatures breaking thru the plastic and entering other products in my home. i need to discard the product by way of fire by today, so please call me urgently as i cannot keep this in my yard.
