Deteriorated quality

My husband and I have been very weary of the deteriorating quality of White Star Super maize meal. We have been loyal customers of this brand since its inception. However, recently we have noticed that the quality of this brand has diminished tremendously. We have even found some worms in the maize meal, and this has happened more than once. Even though the best before date has not been reached, we have in numerous occasions found strings inside the maize meal. The reason for my writing to you is that, over and above the worms, strings and all, the colour of the White Star Super maize meal is no longer white. There are so many black particles inside it, so much so that it propelled us to write to you. I have now resorted to not eating maize meal any longer but my husband loves it so much that he even suggested we change the brand because of all these happenings. This is our attempt for you to do something about this.
