Defective Stock

Good Day

My name is Mpumelelo from Mitchell's Plain, Cape Town.

On December 27th, I'd done grocery shopping @Pick n Pay in Promenade. Amongst that shopping, I'd bought a 5kg of maize meal. Please refer to attachment as to how I found the maize meal after buying it. The stock was defective.

I'm not sure whether it's their fault or Pioneer Foods but I find this unacceptable - especially from a brand I've been relying on for years on end. Considering also that the expiry date is still valid...

I hope to hear from them soon. Hopefully, they come back to me.
