Creepy Crawleys in My Pap

On the 17 of February 2024 we bought a 10Kg bag of White Star Super Maize Meal for a braai. Unfortunately it was full of bugs and we had to quickly get another Maize Meal of a different product of course. I wanted to call Pioneer Foods but remembered that they will just give me a ref without explaining to me what to do with it. I had that experience when I had a complaint against their Liqui-Fruit. I still have the bag with the bugs as proof but we can't use it.
