Crawling worm in PRO NUTRO CEREAL

I had bought pro nutro from Checkers, upon feeding my daughter the cereal I see this lousy live worm move up to surface, I have contacted consumer care the Same day and they said they will get back to me, 2 days afterwards my daughter got ill, they sent me a lousy R80 voucher to use at checkers only on Pioneer foods, I told them I had taken my daughter to the Dr. It took them 5 days to get back to me only to say they cannot do anything as I threw the box away, why would I keep an infested worm box in my house after 1 week??? I have however recorded the worm in the bowl. Really disappointed with this experience and the sympathy shown towards me, I feel they have just given me the voucher just for me to get off their backs, is this how customer care supposed to be handled
