Contaminated food

I bought maize meal recently, the same day i opened the product I was met with four insects in the maize, of which two were already dead. I took pictures and sent them to pioneer foods but have not even received feedback on this matter. I mean with all the deaths of children due to food contamination these days i would think they would take it seriously
