*** Wed apr 23 email sent, to which I had no reply. I just recently purchased some of these fruit rolls and when I opened it, I noticed that the top had light white marks on it and when I turned it around, the bottom, which was the inside of the roll, had about the whole area covered with the distinctive white marks. It looked like mildew. The packet indicated that it was packed 11-02-25 and the best before date 28-02-26. I have never experienced this before with other fruit rolls and was really shocked when I saw this. I am not impressed with what happened and it is quite appalling. I offered to send them photos and to date I had no reply from them. It just shows you what their mentality is regarding customer service.
