COMPLAINT

Friday, the 07 February 2025 09:34 I reported that the mealie-mela I bought expired before the expiry time. A form was sent to me on the 12th Feb which was completed and sent back. I have submitted all the required information including the requested pictures however till this day I have never received any feedback. I followed up till the 20th with Denzel DB Basson who never bothered to respond. The bag is still more than half a bag and I am forced to buy another mielie-meal inconveniencing me.
