Complaint

I bought white star melie meal last week and there worms in that packet, had to throw it away.. I called the call centre informed them and they promised to get back to me within 24hrs, and this was on 29/01/2024, till date I haven't received ant feed back. I was given a whatsapp number where I can follow up with my complaint but that number has been blue ticking my messages. The REF number I was given is SG-24-01-497
