Clumpy stale dry mouldy bread

So I bought a loaf of sasko low GI white bread from Shoprite... Fyi Shoprite doesn't bake sasko bread so it wasn't necessary to blame them for the contents. The bread is set to be best before 10/11/2018 and I on the 9th tried to make a sandwich for myself and my son and behold the loaf was full of mold,and the bread itself looked like it had clumps of dough. This is a health hazard and I do not understand why your quality control measures were not met.
