Bokomo Weet-bix with bugs

Good day, I had written to Pioneer Foods beginning of June this year, and to date, nothing has been done regarding my query ***-06-121. I followed my email and telecom up with a whatsapp message and pictures of the bugs that had attacked the weet-bix that we had bought to Stacy on the 06/06/2023.

We are dissatisfied with this product and would like a refund or some form of compensation for this. It has been 3 months and we had followed up, with no response.
