Bad White star maize meal

On the 28th of April I bought White star maize meal from checkers which has unsettling things, I contacted white star maize meal on Facebook and the escalated the matter to piooner foods and they called me to investigate and they said they would get back to me in 72 hours it's been a week now and they have not contacted me back.
