Bad smell from Mama Jack Pies

Still no response. I logged a query on the 24 Feb 2020 on the pioneer food website. I bought 5 Mama Jack pies from the local supermarket and 1 was smelling rotten and once made hot in the microwave, full water just flowed out. This was very unsatisfactory.
