Bad Pronutro

My family have been loyal Pronutro fans for many, many years (original Pronutro, of course). It's our breakfast of choice. Or at least, it was. Until a few months ago when something very bad seems to have happened to Pronutro. Everyone noticed immediately how terrible it tasted. It also didn't absorbe the milk in the same way. The taste and smell is oily and almost rancid. This cannot be intentional?! If it is some kind of new recipe, you've made a very bad product decision.

The first few times it happened, we returned the product for a replacement, hoping that it was just a bad batch. It wasn't. I keep buying new boxes from different shops, just in case the problem has been fixed. It still hasn't. We must have returned 6-8 boxes over the last few months. I have four opened, but hardly touched boxes in my cupboard. I know, I should have learnt my lesson!

Please explain what has happened and when we can expect the good old Pronutro we love to return!
