Another disappointing Buy!

I just opened a new SPEKKO rice that was purchased for the month and i washed the rice AS I USUALLY DO! and a whole lot of *&^%$#@#% DEAD WORMS float to the top! Not sure if the exp date is 2 NOve 21 or 11 Feb 2021? Either way, Why would the cupplier even sell expired food!!! We are not in stores anymore to look at these things It was purchased online via the checkers App.
