Abuse by Sasko Bakery manager

On the 14 April 2021, my mom and sister went to Sasko Bakery Depot in Shayandima Limpopo to buy bread as usual. My sister was then attacked by a lady who works at the depot accusing her of taking pictures which she was not even taking. the manager then came and told my mom that she does not want to see my mom again at the shop. My mom is 74 years old, and i do not understand what rights does the manager have to instruct my mom not to come to the shop again. My mom also indicated that the employees and the manager were also not complying to the Covid regulation as they were shouting at her without wearing any mask. i would like this matter to be resolved with urgency, as it is not right for a company to treat a customer in that manner. her ref number that she was given is ***-04-167.
