Pinpoint Tracking not so Cracking

This Car Tracking Service always blames the host platform they on every time they go down. Sometimes they down for days. We unable to keep track of the guys, which is necessary in the line of business we in Ashraf, will never call back and always has excuses. As the Owner of the Company and you know this is a constant problem, why is there no Plan b or c? There is no courtesy call or email notifying you of them going down and or when they expected to go back online. How do they think they can just do what they do?
