Pinnicale welding on line

I bought a mig welder G251C hasn't been used much it is out of guarantee. The back up service is non existence. You as a private individual can not deal with pinnicale. You must take the machine back to the place of purchase wich no longer exists. I was told to take the machine to a third party who does repairs and they can get the parts. After pinnicale recommended the third party wich I took it to could not get any help from pinnicale. Wasted R12500 on piece of #@$!.
