Honestly I wouldn’t advise anyone to use Pinnafrica extended warranty, even if the garage that you buying the car from is using it, ask them not to and find yourself another extended warranty because you will regret it. My car had a mechanical breakdown and I claimed from the insurance, the garage I took my car too did a failure report and submitted it to the insurer, they said that they were going to send their “independent “assessor to valid the failure of the car. The assessor went there, found the engine dismantled, found damaged hose and concluded that the reason for the failure is because of a leaking hose something that is not covered by the policy. I wouldn’t have a problem if that was a fact but it’s not, it’s speculations. I sent the assessors report to 3 other mechanics who confirmed that it’s not possible to diagnose such especially when the engine has been dismantled. I issued a letter of demand which they refuse to revive their decision which is fine ofcuz, the court shall decide. However it’s emotionally draining that these insurance are quick to take our money but come up with all excuses not to pay. I understand times are tough but this is low honestly. I will never use this insurance ever again.
