Hey Ford
This is not the first time we have issues with Ford!!! Too late now but we should never have gone the route of buying a Ford again!!!
I know us excluding Ford vehicles in the family, you would not feel it. However word of mouth go a far way.
We paid 25 month for one lousy service. WOW did we got *****ed here.
No notification to say the plan expire! And took the car a a few days late for the service which should still be paid!
Boy what a BAD BAD BAD experience yet again with Ford. Lesson learned never again!
