Worst Service EVER

I request for my approved claim and the guys promised to deliver the mobile today as am leaving for vacation on Wednesday but they failed and this was totally disappointing that they need 3 more days to deliver the phone and they are asking me to go to supplier and collect the mobile instead of delivering it with in time. am gng to cancel all my contracts with this useless services and i never suggest any of my friends with this.
