Poor customer service

i booked my laptop on 19 March 2019 because the screen was broken. it came back and i used for a short period then it started to be slow and while working on it switch off itsself and while trying to insert a cd i found out that cd rowm is not opening ans i also cant opening my documents on the screen. i then booked it again on 29 july and it came back today to only found out that the the laptop has not been fixed it is still not working and it is broken on the right hand side of the screen (the side of cd rom). I called the repair center they told me that they was a miscommunication they thought that thy should check the screen not the cd rom and the slowness of the laptop so i must book it again and it shouls have broken at the courier they cant return the broken laptop. i cant afford to pay an access and it is delaying my work because it is going to take time to be colected and to be returned.
