Pinnacle of ineptitude

Took over 12 months to get them to cancel an insurance contract. For the whole duration of of our conversation, they even denied that the contract even existed, until I got proof it did. Then they passed the buck! Not even an apology. Not a shred of dignity. The only thing they care about is money.

If any potential future corporate client of this company ever reads this, I would strongly advise against using their "service", they will drag your reputation through the mud - as they have done with their current 'client'.
