If there was a zero rating we would definitely give Pinnacle Marketing, writing on behalf of my furious aunt. My aunt and her daughter recently lost their phones and have been paying for them to be insured since 2022, and when its time to claim they advised that she was “careless” to ger phone at church and as for her daughter they said theres a lack of evidence she should have taken pictures of the scene, with what phone? All because of an inside job ******* in their student accommodation. We are soooo disappointed in Pinnacle Marketing for the way it handled this insurance claim and how they treat customers, people dont lose phones just for fun.
