No feedback

Pinnacle is ,showing lack of professionalism, i submitted a claim yesterday morning (15/08/2017) at 9 am and up to now, no one has communicated with me yet they claim to give feedback within 24hours.I am so disgusted by their service. My Policy Number mtncc ********** .I have sent several emails and also emailed the supervisor Chanel Du Plessis this morning and she hasn't even bothered to confirm receipt of my email.
